RS turbo full gmax kit on poverty model fiesta

Got hold of a 2nd had Gmax matched shock and springs kit from an RST. It lowered the RS 30mm. Will it lower my base model more than 30mm with the RST starting off lower?

Yes it will. My car is sitting on the 35mm Gmax Supersport Kit, dropped it about 60-70mm I'd guess!
