Cost you £2k if you want to get ripped off! What engine and parts have you got and what do you want to produce in respect to power and torque? I've seen a well tuned escort rst with just a chip and skimmed pistons fudge an escort cossie off in a straght line and off the speedo!

well not strictly

2000 has siamesed bores as apposed to the 1800's full water jacket.

thers sod all difference in power between the 2 litre and 1800 (40bhp+-) untill you start to go over 250.

1800's more readily avaialable

yeah good to do, but the only trouble on the zetec is the management side of things as you need to retain emmissions regs.

Its a programmable efi setup you need and the the final setup wants programming my Ahmed

ic. thats not a real prob. how about recommendations of reliable people to carry out the same? do you know how reliable this set-up is? i take it practically the same as doing a 2.0L? how many ppl have acutally run a turbo'd zetec w/o many probs?

Sorry for the questions ppl, i got loads more, just wanna get answers and feedback.

INDEED!

SUNNY.
Do you have any idea what 178.8mph feels like in a Fiesta? 2000 lb of pressure per square inch per second pushing back on your face. It feels like god himself is trying to rip the skin off your skull while someone lands a 747 on your chest.

SUNNY - have you got that GTiR manifold on yet? and who did the headwork on your cvh head?

Chum - Yeah ring Ian at Lincoln if you are enlisting someone else to do it. If your doing it yourself its possible as I am but you need to research lots first.
