rs1800 engine?

hi i want more power from my rs1800,it seems quite slow,i have had 2 escort turbos in the past,i was just wondering is the rs1800 ecu the same as a fiesta rst?i am thinking of maching my pistons and fitting the fiesta cvh head and manifolds+turbo,i know what to do with the block etc,is it worth it? is it best to keep my head? what bhp will i be looking at?any info will be great= any links!i really want to turbo it! many thanks!

ECUs are fundamentally different - you will never be able to run a Zetec ECU on a forced-induction engine properly.
