okay iam going to but the rs engine the 130ps one in my si.

where and what can i find info on how to get performance upgrades like the manifold ive seen these tubular manifolds on zetecs were can i get these and what sort of bhp would i get.
i would be help ful if people could give me a list of things i can do to it keeping it n/a i know about throttle bodies and what sort of gain would i see 180bhp i want already got the performance exhaust and filter so theres a little start help would be appreciated thank you
