RS1800 power issue.
Hey all.
I've got a fiesta rs1800 that is currently standard but has few small mods like K&n air filter and inlet pipe.
When the cars been stood for abit and cold it struggles to rev through the gears. Once the car is warm and change from first to 2nd at low revs and then push the engine to the limiter in second and then it will pull fine after doing that and Rev okay through most of the gears fine. But I have noticed this last few weeks the car pulls from 2000/4500 revs really well but then seams to take ages in second to get near the limiter like its holding back slightly. In 3rd and 4th it pulls good it's just second gear after 4,500 revs it seams to lose some power like struggling slightly.
Other than mapping the car or getting it setup what's your advice? Anything to check to see what the issue is.
Thanks, sii

Hi thanks for replying.
Cars not running a cat. With the MAF sensor or Airflow sensor connected the car doesn't run very well, gives the output of above. However when un plugged makes no difference to the idling of the car but performs how it should. Looks like it's that
