you won't be able to use the rs1800 ecu cos it won't know whats happening when the turbo kicks in - you will need a fiesta turbo ecu of some sort.

Excursion and Project are masters on this topic (amongst many others), take a look at their sites.

:D

Use a FRST ECU. U dont need to change ur injectors or inlet manifold if ur only going for 180 brake.

cheers for the replys :) still need to find out more about the wiring and injectors,i have owned 2 escort turbos before so i know most of the mechanical side of things, but just a bit stuck with ecu+injectors,i might be best to use the fiesta turbo inlet manifold and injectors and get a adapter plate made up,i would prefer to use mine as it already fits, any more info about making up a custom injector rail on my inlet manifold so i can use the end fed injectors? any info on this would be great :) :) the more the better :D :D cheers

because i will be blocking the front breather off because of the t3,would it be possible or ok to put a breather coming from the top of the sump just below the block? it will be alot easyier than drilling and tapping into the block itself thats all?i know i have to put a oil return in the front of the sump!

aint one of the better ways to run some managment instead, i know top of the range omex is expensive but they do other ranges, which will allow for future develpment on the engine....
