got chance to get my hands on a CHEAP RS1800 question is how much ball park figure am i looking to fit a turbo?

Your looking at needing :

turbo
bottom end re-build to lower compression
manifold
tuning (chip etc...)

and also depends on how much more power you want.......so it aint going to be cheap.
