well ive had a thought bout what brakes i will be getting for my Si (2.0), but i am wondering what is needed to fit them and other bits i may need other than discs, callipers and pads, i will be gettin a set of black diamond discs :)

any help would be appreciated

he talking about the front disc/caliper set up.

i was thinking about rears, but they may come at a later date :) but yea adz its the front im on about :wink: :bonkers:

Dont waste your money getting fancy discs.

Standard discs with a good quality pad and fresh fluid is more than upto the job.

I run standard discs on track and had no problems and i push the hard :wink:

im after black discs, as im going for black and silver car, so will be doing black discs and silver callipers, and blackdiamond are the only discs i can find which are black.

go for cossie 4x4 front discs and calipers. these look really nice and will be good for your stopping that bit extra power from the 2ltr. if you want rear ones i had rs2000 discs and calipers on the back, but you will need to slightly alter the stub axle. ive not put rs2000 ones on the front so cant help you there mate.

i dont want cossie ones as i cant really afford them, so im going to stick with the RS2000 ones. :)

i know someone with some cossie disc and calipers inc pads for 3150 mate.
plan discthough not drilled and grooved but still....
