RS7 16" 7J running 205/45/16 scrubbing.... Ideas???

Postby Adambridgey on Wed Aug 12, 2015 2:08 am

Recently. Bought a set of RS 7 16" 7J alloys and they have 205/45/16 tyres on, the car is slightly lowered but not much and the arches have had some rolling but still getting scrubbing on both front and rear. Open to ideas??? Change tyres to 195/45/16's or should I need a spacer somewhere ? Has anyone else got these wheels running if so with what setup???
Cheers :-?

You shouldn't need to as your 10mm on the width and 4.5 mm on the wall height

I had 45s once and it scrubbed. I put AVO coliovers on then used 40s and had no scrubbing whatsover and that was with spacers. A pal had normal suspension and 40 profile tyres and didnt get any scrubbing. :D
