Re: Russ' mint green FRST
Ill sell you my set i have, they have been paint stripped and just need sanding back and painting. One is already done black and thats the one in my sig.
I have just got some comp TH's so i no longer need these. Thecomps and sharktooths are 2 of the only 3 sets of wheels i think that suit a fiesta. The others being azev A's hence i have all 3 sets

Re: Russ' mint green FRST
well iv been paid and got insurance now but my mot has run out so a mate is supposedly gettin me one sorted iv already given him the money but not sure if im gettin mugged off or not will find out soon enough, does anyone know what the chances are of my car passing the emissions test on a mot as it has the rs turbo engine fitted with obvs no car and a scorpion cat back system so to speak, will it get tested for the emissions of the engine or the car and if its the car will it have to have a cat or not as the engine is pre cat so i can get hold of one also another thing does anyone know if the powersteering column will fit into a non power steering rack as i have taken off the pipe and put blanks on the rack but im geussing this will be seen as dangerous by the mot station?

Re: Russ' mint green FRST
n offence but passing the mot so far sounds a myth
i understand the emissions the CVH produces is the entire reason they were ended, and updated to a 1.4 PTE design as they were just too old of a design to get the emissions low enough (the CVH has been in fords since atleast '82)

Re: Russ' mint green FRST
Well not much progress to report really just been fixing a few little bits on here trying to it running perfect as there are a few small things I'm still not happy about lol but it is all time and money permitting, I have however fitted my RS spoiler but no pics just trying to decide on what wheels to go for I'm thinking about White pro race 1.2's but don't know what they would look like so if anyone has any pictures would be much appreciated, will grab some pictures of the spoiler and my brakes at some point soon

Re: Russ' mint green FRST
Well fitted the RS fuel pump today but it didn't solve my problem seems that the over boost protection is coming on when I got 8psi so I might have to get a super chip :/ unsure on how good they run on these etc. Plus I'm not sure if it's safe running my engine over 8 psi if it doesn't have s chip? Will it be fueling correctly etc....
