Green meanie is hidden away in another garage waiting for a local storage unit to become free. Volvo has had that plate on for the last year two or so years.

heeman10 :Is that cat pregnant?
It would be a miracle of nature if HE was pregnant. He just has an overactive thingy, what's it called? Mouth, that's it. He has an overactive mouth.
Thanks for all the kind comments, glad you all like it. Got a few bits planned, got some H&R springs on order along with a set of Eibach spacers all round. Also looking into an exhaust system, will probably gor for a Milltek/Mountune non-resonated cat back.

This isn't really modding, just making a few neccessary changes. Have you seen how high it sits

I never was that great at biology!
Plans sound good. I hear Mountune are running an offer on wheel spacers at the minute. Buy a set of spacers, get a hybrid turbo and a remap at full price

So much for keeping it standard
What made you go for H&R over Eibach springs then mate ?

Ain't that the truth. I thought RS tax was bad enough but Mountune RS tax trumps it! The Mountune exhausts are made by Milltek, just with a 20% premium for having a mountune logo stamped into the tailpipe. Bearing in mind I don't live that far from them I phoned to ask if I could pick up an exhaust instead of pay 38 quid for delivery, answer was mail order only. I ordered a Milltek from Pumaspeed instead.

I just fancied it low tbh. Most people seem to prefer the Eibachs because the ride quality is supposedly better than the H&Rs but whilst I've still got a relatively intact spine I'll go for the harsh option, if it doesn't work out it won't be a massive loss. Also I fancy pissing off the usual RS purists who don't think they should be modded, I want a slammed RS500 lol

Seen the vid but I love them as they are, they actually look better the filthier they are.
Can't believe I've got a 500 tbh, I've spent the last 18 months - 2 years looking at my collection of Minichamps FRSs trying to decide on a colour. All it took was Carrie to say, f**k it, get the black one, they look mean & sexy. I viewed one the next day and bought it

After seeing your post on FRSOC, I cant help thinking this..
http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3666447.htm
..but the 500 will be a lot cheaper in the long run, with maintenance etc etc being cheaper and when I had a passenger lap in a normal FRS it did seem a lot of fun!

Probably, just love that shape and the supercar performance. I don't think I'd ever want to run one though, the owner of my local rolling road has one and have heard what services etc cost!
