well a few days before the show aired we got a call from motorolla, as a jestor of good will they refunded the cost of the repair, sam was happy about that, money was in bank 2 days later.

i would of asked for money back for the phone and got a different phone, or tried at least, but at least she got it fixed

TBH, with the amount of glass on the front of a modern touchscreen phone you can't expect it to be crack proof. Moto have really dropped the ball there with their advertising - I bought a defy on the basis it was water and dust resistant - if it got dropped I wouldn't be *that* surprised if the glass cracked or smashed but they shouldn't be advertising it as such.

all she was bothered about was getting cost of the repair back as it should have been covered under warenty.


thats what we thought, they shouldnt have advertised it as dropping from a height onto concrete, she got it cos of my daughter as she like phones lol
