and sycook mate theres a reason, a long reason as to why you could get an e700 for 150 on ebay...
Mr.Wilson (thats me for this example) goes into Pho-biles (for copyright reasons I will make up this name ) and purchases a 12 month contract on o2 at £50 a month. In doing so i recieve a BRAND NEW!!! Samsung e700 and so I think, bah, free phone - f00k the contract, I can make some quick dosh. I put the phone on ebay and make 200 notes, and don't pay my contract. All is dandy until the contract company then turn off the mobile 2/3 months down the line, by which time you have both left feedback and in which time the buyer can be accused of causing the phone to be turned off/out of warranty etc
So just a word of warning, tread carefully on ebay all
I have an e700 and I am very happy with its performance

Flip2k3 :Then you spend £10 for a terminator dongle, flash the phone, change the IMEI number, and install all new firmware.
Network's fouquette, you aint.
