Sat Nav Headunit help
Hi,
i have one if these:
PIONEER ANH - P9R SAT NAV AND CD PLAYER
Its sat nav in the cd headunit, and i need a little help on the wiring. I have it all wired up but the sat nav doesn't work properly, but there are tow wires i havent connected.
One is a Reverse signal. I am guessing i could connect this to the reverse switch in the gearbox????
The other is a Speed input pulse, now i have read somewhere that this needs to be some sort of pulse signal to tell it your moving. I have been thinking mayb the flywheel sensor (crank sensor)?? but which wire out of them?
Does anyone know alot about these types of systems?
any help would be great, thanks

just went out and had a play with it.
I can say the GPS signal is working as it gives me my Global position as i am moving along, but the system doesn't notice i am moving, like the Speedo pulse input tells it your moving and updates it.
