i heard many years ago about a guy that used a screw driver to clean out his ears, after he fell and stabbed him self while doing so, he sued the company that made the screw driver and won, due to it not stating that screw drivers are not to be used for cleaning out ears.

My question is, what else was he doing to fall over while cleaning his ear?

Its not exactly hard to stand while you clean out your ears, seeing as you don't need to move your feet
