What's the best stuff to bring the door handles and spoiler on my BLACK SI back to a decent colour. They seem to have gona a funny gray colour / also whats the best way to keep the body work cleaming !!!!!

Wash and Polish the car, and use auto glym bumper care, on the handles, and locks.
Use plenty of it.
