I dont get many miles to the gallon, and dont really want it to get worse. If i add an induction kit to my car/ Or drill holes in the existing airbox, will the improved airflow, make a lot of difference to the MPG??? :???:

Ive got the K&N on mine. Fitted in about 1/2 hour. Makes a nice deep noise. And 'chuffs' in laarge gulps of air.
Since fitting mine, i appear to be getting better fuel economy - very strange. Mines chipped with scopion exhaust.

Sounds really good now.

got an induction kit at the weekend and fitted the same time.
i went for the ramair kit, dead easy to fit aprt from routing the silver ducting for extra air flow to the filter. there wasn't a lot of room left to fit it.

i now strongly recommend that everyone should own an induction, the engine runs better, revs more freely and i'd swear it was quicker. best thing of all though is the noise. get it above 2500rpm and it roars
