I've got a 1.6 16v Si, induction kit, stainless back box, lowered 30mm, i used to be able to sit at 120 for 10 miles no problem, but no i'm having trouble getting over 110!?! any ideas anyone?

Comming back from Worcester on Sat night trying aimlessly to keep up with Lou and her clio i couldn't get over 110.

Usually it'll go 117 tops

, after the high speed blat we thought hmm, wheres andy gone-ended up doing 40mph on the m/way!.

Might be lambda sensor gone down or something causing the mixture to be out, could be anything really.

Try putting a tank of Shell Optimax in next time mate, I couldn't top 110 either but on Optimax I hit 119 with 3 people in the car, and yea it was on the flat and i wasn't slipstreaming anyone :rolleyes:

It could've gone a bit further aswell but I had to pull off the motorway

I can only seem to get bout 110 out of my Si 16v
that is standard though i have done no mods to it at all

i've had 115mph out of mine up the M1 on my way to donnington earlier this year, ain't pushed it any harder though, cos the car was screaming a bit :lol:

all us Si drivers want more power, their just too insurance friendly...damn you Ford !!!!

I thought you'd carry straight on to Chelts so i slowed down to about 75-80
