Postby taylor5788 on Sun Sep 24, 2006 10:40 pm

hi guys

i read somewhere magnex full systems dont come with a cat, and also that cars after october 1992 will fail an MOT without a cat. my cars 1995, so how would i make my car pass an MOT on emissions if a cat-less magnex was fitted?

cheers

or just get a cat back

although you should definitely go for cat less sooner or later as these restrict the engine massively

so if i got a de-cat full system, would i have to cut into the pipe to fit a cat for the MOT or will it just come apart and fit onto it?

how about getting a sports cat, only heard of them, but nothing about them being good or not, aparently they free about 8bhp but i have no idea on how true that is, i was thinking of getting one for my Si, and then get a cat back system.
