Skipping Forums.

When im in a post and im reading what people have put, the forum suddenly changes to another. Is this a problem at my end?
Im not using Broad Band as its not in my area yet (i live in the sticks) would this make a differance. :-?

are you using a mouse roller between the buttons to scroll up and down
