Soft Brakes???

Soft Brakes???

Hello! was just wondering if anyone knew the problem and how to fix it, my brake petal is really soft and brakes really unresponsive? any ideas?

Start by checking the hoses on the car and then flush the system through with fresh fluid.

As said, check hoses, they might be flexing and need replacing. Also Brake fluid needs changing every 2 years, most peeps dont do it, but what happens is, its starts to compress within the pipes and not push your pistons out giving you a crap pedal, also air in the system can cause a spongy pedal. If you do all this and its still the same, chances are the master cylinder is on its last legs.
