Some Intake Manifold Questions

Hi,
i've got to intake manifolds for my 1,8l Zetec E... one comes from a Mondeo 2l , its the black plastic one. The other one is the original RS1800 alloy-manifold.

Whats the better manifold for performance? Engine running with cams, power boost valve, head work & chip

The plastic Mondeo item won't fit in the Fiesta, use the one from the RS1800.

the rs1800 inlet is the best flowing out of the bunch too
