Some Quick questions, Mk4 Fiesta 5Door.

I got my fiesta for xmas, love it.
Anything is a upgrade from a Jeep Wrangler.

Woundering if anyone could help me with some questions.

1. Is there a step by step guide with picture on how to take the Dash board off. - Want to spray it black.
2. How do take of the plastic strips on the inside of the car from the dash to the roof, inbetween the door and the windscreen.
3. I have a 1.25ltr, Are there any turbos i can buy and fit, if so where can i get it from? is it easy to fit?
4. What is the maximum size rim i can put on it without cause trouble?
5. Has anyone tried to put speakers in the back doors? is it possible?
6. Looking at smoothing my boot, what is the easiest/cheapest way of doing this? also where can i get a boot release?
and lastly..
7. I was to tidy my engine bay up, maybe add some colour. any help?
