Got it when i bought me vaio, but always moving it around and never actually get to put it into me widescreen lol. So thought as it's "as new" and its never been used, might aswell sell it (1st year of uni so need the dosh! :rolleyes: )

If your vaio has this yellow output on the side...

and your TV has them AV inputs that are Yellow (video) Red (Right audio) and White (Left audio), you can put it through your TV :D

If there are outputs on your vaio for it, your graphics card can do it basically :P

PS - I couldn't b arsed to do pics of the cable meself, so the only difference with the cable is that mine's not got them little tubey bits labelling each wire, and mine has these weird little covers over each of the plugs (So they stay clean if its not being used i guess lol. They just come off and can be thrown away tho).
