Is there a certain brand and type of sparkplug that people reccomend for use in the frst engine?

I found that Magnacor leads were crap, so went back to ford ones. Id also stick to ford motorcraft or NGK plugs.

13 psi is the boost figure i will be aiming for

Motorcraft or NGK will do you fine.
