Hi guys,

Im seriously thinking about getting the 30mm spax suspension kit for my RS1800...but what will the ride of the car be like aferwards? What can I expect?

It will be a harsher ride as that is a trade off for having a lower better handling car. TBH though the improvements far out weight the set backs

If the ride quality is of that big a concern you can do a lot worse than fitting 4 new standard dampers and a good quality set of lowering springs

Got this set up on mine,
Very uncomftable but who cares when it improves handling

Whichever suspension company you go for - I'd just like to recommend you also change;

Lower arms and bushes (just buy new arms from ford)
anti-roll bar bushes
rubber doughnut thingy's which go above the dampers (in the front turrets)
rear void (sp?) bushes - the rear axle bushes
And of course get your tracking done!

Replace all these with genuine ford parts and your car will feel alot tighter and be a pleasure to drive :)
