speaker problem??

Postby Marc D on Fri Nov 10, 2006 12:51 pm

ive got a mk4 escort with fusion fpc 525 components running off a powerplant 2 channel amp and a powerplant 12" sub with 1 channel encounter amp. every time i let the car idle the speakers go quiet and almost off but the ub remains the same volume and also on the speaker amp the green light flickers and the red light flickers. is this an earth problem with the amp or the car or is it the alternator?
At least i dont drive a saxo!!
