Anyone ever heard of or used these before? They look a bit like this:

Apparently they just slot in one of the coils of the spring? Sound's a good idea to go on my rears just wondering what others thought.

They've been in use for years :) Provided they fit properly and can't jump out, they're a cheap and simple way to stiffen up the springs.
