spring rates

CVH and Zetec tuning, suspension and braking mods.

anyone know what spring rates are for std fiesta turbo and for a typical lowering springs, ie. chassis dynamics, spax etc
in lbs.

Id like to know this too. Rallydesign sell them with different spring rates, but i have nothing to compare them to. So dont know if they are stiff enough.

no replies on here or on passionford so im guessing no one knows :lol:
ive been checking on burtons website, seems the majority of lowering springs are 145lbs and if thats what i have at the mo, its too soft
