hi people dus anyone know wetha rst, xr2i, etc lowering springs will fit on the si?? also if i buy 60mm springs does that mean it drops 40mm? as 20mm standard drop aint it? if neone got [ERRR] info wud b mint.. ta :Q

dont fit aftermarket springs i had some pi 30mm's on my si it just bounced, save up for some decent shocks and springs in a kit mate well worth it.

Fitting lowered springs to standard shocks is fine providing (and it is the big point) the shocks are in good working order.

60mm is a bit too low in all seriousness try to stick around the 35mm mark to prevent throwing the geometry out and so you keep a degree of bump available. Bottoming out the shocks every 5 minutes soon starts to wear a bit thin
