Postby butler_29 on Thu Feb 02, 2006 9:06 am

When driving the car, turning around corners and going over speed bumps i can hear a squeeking noise. like the driver side shocker has gone and the car is bouncing only with the springs. Ive had the universal joint changed but thats no difference, cud it be my lower arms or summat? im no macanic. The handling is poo its a 1.8 dezil p reg. cheers peeps.

it could also be the top rubber mount (dougnut), as that it what is causing my 'sqeaking'...

I found it when i went for tracking

Wish bone was bent on driver side no wonder my wheel locking every time i applied the brake. I thought it was the ball joint, changed that first but made no difference, then change the shocker no difference then went for tracking and found the wish bone bent.

CHEERS PPL
