jupp, if i read it corect they will fitt with spacers.
ok, how about the rear, what disk options do I have?
cosworth, rs2000, or I can use my original 240 mm disk and calipper from the front on the rear with a bracet`? or must I change the rear beem to fit disks on the rear???? (coulden`t find a decent answer to this question in the 40 last topick`s)

You can use RS2000 rear discs, yes. Another conversion is using the Zetec S rear beam with Focus discs, which isn't as hard as it sounds.

to get the st170 brakes to fit on the front of your mk3 fiesta you will have to drill out the hubs to a 12mm hole (they are 10mm to begin with) and fit 5mm spacers
