Starter Motors Again

Postby The Gilly on Thu Jul 04, 2002 11:50 am

It appears that the 1.1 start motor I fitted to my FRST has given up after only three weeks. I'm going to check all the wiring to be sure but looks like a new one is going to be needed. MadCatCraig informs me that he has a very nice Cossie starter fitted to his and it's working wonders. Only thing is he isn't sure which cossie it is from. Can someone please confirm which cossie start will fit my FRST.

Cheers peeps
does my big look arse in this?

Can't help with what model, But you ned to find a way to stop the heat getting to it. Try either a heat shield or heat wrap on it..
Car is back...
