Starting up issue
It seems I require some help with a starting/charging issue,
I've had the car just over a week and its covered around 200-300 miles. After each use I turn the car off as you do, walk away and come back the next day try to start it and ... It won't start with out a jump.
It's had a recent new battery , and I am expecting a replacement alternator to arrive, how ever this morning she started up with out a drama, no battery lights flash up to indicate the batttery is dieing so I am slightly miffed,
What could be the cause of this issue?.
Many thanks, Matt .

Re: Starting up issue
Trace the blue wire from
The alternator back and around the passenger head light area your fund a bullet connector, they corrode and cause charge issues, cleaning it up can work, or just replace the connectors and see how it goes,
Have you checked the charge rate yet? With engine running use a multi meter and see what volts are going in the battery, it should be between 14 and 14.4 if its not do what I said above, if it still low and you have no other wiring issues such as corroded earths etc then I would say the alternator is on its way out
