Steering column
Hi guys,
Sorry am new here but trust i am posting in the right place. I bought a frst turbo shell a while back with a few bits and also a few bits missing. I am trying to get the steering column in and lined up but seems something is not right or missing. First problem is that UV joint seems to sit to close to the floorpan/bulkhead inside the car and despite trying to pull the shaft through by hand not much changes . I thought that once steering is on it should pull it forward but the frat steering looks like something should be behind the stas the lock is not lined up to engage - a hub maybe ? Althought ecat doesnt show such thing . Its a frst 91 and i even have steering column that i removed from N reg fiesta mk3 - the steering wheel had a thicker back to it
