Re: Stray plug!
That plug in the pic doesn't go to any thing, just leave it alone as 1 side is a permanent live
your problems sound more relay related to me, have you got the melted relay box syndrome?

Re: Stray plug!
yea I had same trouble, my advice to you is to look for a cvh XR2i car loom as if you get another FRST 1 it will have been hacked for alarms and chances are the relay holder will be on its way out m8.
The burnt relay was a common issue with the frst due to the cooling fan running a lot when sat in traffic as it wasn't the easiest to keep cool with the bloody turbo sat behind the radiator,
I noticed a chap on ebay was breaking a turbo and a 2i so u may want to try him.
Ebay no 121231379672.
hope this helps.

Thanks for you all taking your time to reply, I've decided to source a new loom as to be honest this loom is no good to any one !
Thanks for the eBay link I've just mailed him

Re: Stray plug!
hi the red wired plug in the pic is the power feed to the heated front screen loom, it should live somewhere near the radio plugs taped up over the end as it s a perm live.
