sub box help

ive just built a new box for my pioneer 12" inch sub my previous box was ported and a slight bit bigger. the problem is that the sub sounds like it is buzzing the box is airtight and solid so what do you think the problem is and should i ;

1.port it
2. fibreglass the inside of the box
3.make the box bigger

any help would be greatly appreciated

Does it buzz all the time? That'd most likely be noise somewhere in the system.

defo not the system as i tried it on my home theatre system and the sub was fine before i built the new box.

Sure its the sub causing the buzzing? make sure nothing is touching it too

found out it was loose wiring on the sub all sorted now :D
