Superchargers
A friend of mine has just bought a Corrado G60, and i was wondering if a super chager run boost like a turbo and what psi it would be? Or is it totaly different? I know it runs off a belt rather than the exhaust but thats about it

alright chap...hows it going?... the supercharger does run in psi...as standard about .6-.8bar...u can get smaller pulleys and stuff so it runs different levels of boost...my m8s Golf Rallye used to run about 1.2 bar boost off the charger (stage 4 jabba sport one)...recorded a 240bhp run with it at that level

Another fact :
You will get more power from a turbo than a supercharger, because the supercharger is belt driven, it takes power to make power.
cheers
