Supercharging

Some1 i know has bought a supercharger kit for his 1.4 clio rt, i am just wondering; arent superchargers mainly meant for cars with big power outputs and can they be chipped like turbo's ?

essentially they are identical, they are just driven differently

the engine can be any size

example polo 1.4 g40 are supercharged and the mk2 golf g60 1.8

same as turbo but the charger works with the fans
