Suspension help

Hi,
I will be changing my suspension on my mk3.5 in a week or so.
The thing is, I dont really see the point in buying new suspension and installing the old conponents.

Has anyone got a list of the parts that you usually re-use when changing the suspension?

could you post part no. as well if possible
