Suspension - HELP

Right, I currently own a 1995 mk3.5 1.1 Fiesta.
Just fitted 17's to it and need to alter the suspension setup to give it a drop of about 35mm.
What would I need to do this, I'm looking for a full kit to clear the tyres properly.
Also people have mentioned about spacers on the back but there is no way that they need pushing out any more, is this cos its a 3.5?

I have 16" on mine with a apx60mm drop. I needed no spacers either! Mine is a 94M 3.5 so that must be it!

Yeah, must be different with the mk3.5.
Mines lowered 60mm on 17" wheels and rubs even though all the lips on the arches have been cut off as far as possible.
I want to raise it to a 30 or 35mm drop and really want to know what the best combination of spring and shocks be?

icecool mate-I used to run 7x17" wheels on my mk3.5 Si with standard shocks and -35mm chassis dynamics springs. I had to modify the arches quite a bit-(cut them back) but it didn't rub that much-normally only with 2+ people in the back.
