Suspension - I recommend...
Have just replaced my pi springs with a full gmax dampers and springs, its fantastic. If anyone is thinking about upgrading Si suspension i recommend this, keeps the ride quality which is most important thing. my pi springs lowered it nicely but the car was resting on the bump stops which is crap, which these dampers have now sorted. Just thought i'd say thats all!

I'm looking into improving the handling on my car, and maybe lower at the same time, its just a norm 1992 mk3 1.4 cvh, and the body roll on the fiesta is annoying me so much lols. [ERRR] kinda money would i have to spend to lower it about 40mm and improve the handling? I heard somewhere you can get these bolt on anti-roll bars that will help. btw my car does have an anti roll bar, it does fook all tho! maybe putting the suspension off an XR2i would help? cheers guys... and gals..

i've got the Spax VSX shocks and springs on my Si and they're about as hard as Jet Li holding a great big piece of (hard) concrete....stiffer than a swedish man overdosing on viagra, which makes the ride about as bumpy as driving a go-kart down a mountain.
so all in all they're quite stiff, great fun but i dont think i've been in a car as bumpy as mine yet

its great isn't it not the most comfortable ride in the world but it does make an interesting point of conversation! had a friend in a skyline thinking he had bumpy suspension the other day, took him out and he was quite suprised
