At moment i have pi springs all round, but on the front there seems to be a kncoking when i turn the wheels from left to right sometimes, for instnace when doin three point turn, could this be the springs not sitting right in the shock absorber cups, so if i put kyb front shocks on the car do u think this will solve the problem? any other ideas?

Gas shock absorbers are less prone to cavitation problems (in this case, oil mixing with air forming an uneven mixture of fluids with different, less adequate mechanic properties) maintaining its optimum working performance under more demanding driving conditions. They also tend to be stiffer than hydraulics (or "oil filled" as they are commonly known around here). Personally, I'd try to stretch my budget and go for "gas" items.

Regarding your problem, it could be several things... a spring not sitting right (which might be solved by changing the shocks unless they do the same mistake twice  ), a loose ARB nut... thats all I can think of right now but I'm sure some of the gurus will come up with more ideas later :D

Before you go spending money on new shockers, make sure the spring is seated properly, and make sure everything is done up tight.
Have a look at the front ARB and check the bushes too, a new pair are only a few quid.
Check you're wheel nutts/bolts are done up and that there is no play in the lower arms (get the car up in the air and see if you can rock the wheel from top to bottom)

cant think of anything else right now, although im sure theres somthing.

will definetly have a look at the the suspension to make sure nothing is loose or not fitting properly.

I rang cafco, 29 for hydraulic and 44.00 for gas
