suspension.............
well as some may know, my cars in the bodyshop
while its in there im goin to get a complete new suspnsion setup, im fed up with standard shocks and lowereing springs
i just want any ideas/advice/suggestions and setups you have on yours
im after new shocks and springs new uprated bottom arms of some sort and new bushes all round and maybe strur braces too
ive heard coilovers are too harsh for road use, ideally id like a kit which is fully adjustable(height and stiffness?)
also what good uprated bottom arms do people know off and recommend
thanks everyone

Koni top adjustable shocks all round with a quality 35mm lowering spring from a company like Eibach. Polybush the steering and suspension components and you'll carve through the twisties.
I agree 110% that coilovers are not much cop on a road car. People confuse stiff, low and hard with good handling. What works on track does not translate across onto the road in many cases

Standard are fine in most applications. It may be worth poly bushing them but adjustable arms are a bit OTT until you get into a more serious level of tune.
