Can anyone please help ive got a 91 FRST and at the moment it has been lowered by 40mm on spax shocks and jamex springs (or visa versa not quite sure). The ride is seriously hard and bumpy. In a straight line at high speeds the car will skip n jump all over the place. Does anyone know of a good kit for the road that doesnt destroy ride comfort but improves the handling. I dont mind it a litlle bumpy but the current set up is bone crunching. Please help?

The Fiesta RS is a bump ride anyway! I think most aftermarket suspension setups will make it a harder ride because they are for performance rather than comfort.
I`ve got standard shocks and Jamex lowering springs, its hard but berable.

I'm using some bilstein's and they're wicked comfy compared to the spax kit I used.

Plus my spax kit made the wheels catch the tops of the arches regularly, billies are as good as gold, much more controlled

Quite firm ride but smooth, five stars!

There's a Sprintline and a Streetline kit, I've got the Sprintline, but if the Streetline share even just half the quality they'll be good.
