I have a lowered FRST 60 mil and it feels crap on handling sometimes if i turn quite quickly, it has standard shocks feels like i am going to spin out. Any ideas lads?

Maybe worn dampers?

If you experience spoungy reactions from your car, then I think it defenatly are the dampers.

By the way, you mentioned that your car is lowered and you still have the origional dampers? Well, these dampers aren't made for the job, because the 'way of damping' is decreased by the lowering of the car.
