Right I wanna Upgrade the handling of my FRST it will be running 16 inch wheels with 195/45/16 tyres it currently has Brooklyn ford motorsport shocks and standard springs

What would you guys out there suggest to go for bearing in mind its used daily on the road BUT its gonna get thrashed round the track a lot as well obviously im ordering front and rear strut braces and such and poly bushes but was wonderin what was best value for money without going absolutely crazy and buyin H&R coilovers

I have been running Spax PSX (adjustable shocks) kit for some time now. Its about a 60mm drop and handles like a go-kart :wink:

I also have front and rear strut braces and poly bushes on my arb's.

You WILL go through wishbones about one set a year.
