You will need

T3 turbo and manifold from Escort RST £200-650
Oil feed pipe (always fit a new one) £25
Oil drain pipe £35
Push in oil return tube to block £1
Escort RST downpipe £20 (second hand)
Selection of Escort Fiesta boost hoses £20 (second hand)

It's not too hard to do DIY. just make sure you move the rad forward or the first time the engine moves you'll put the actuator bracket through the rad.

You can do the job in a day if you're competent with the spanners

No difference in power at all.

The benefit in the T3 comes from it being able to supply a larger volume of air at a given boost than the T2. In higher gears with the T2 the engine consumes more air than the turbo can compress so the car flats right off at about 5k rpm. With the T3 this does not happen.

It's a mod that allows the car to generate more power overall but gives no power on its own.

I'm sure somebody can explain it better though

think my FRST is running about 200bhp still to be proved though mate am running a LSD gearbox from a S2 escort RST and a AP Paddle racing clutch

and suspension yes otherwise it will just torque steer all over the road mine does for some reason the person who i bought it off left standard springs on the front

alo been told running 200bhp on standard springs will just send the car straight wen u try to take a corner which i wouldnt want to happen

hope that helps a bit
