Er loads of people. Teh T3 turbo conversion is very common. The fannimold and turbo bolt straight on. You will also need:

Push fit in block for oil return
Oil return elbow pipe
Braided oil feed pipe
Escort RST exhaust downpipe

From here you will also need to relcoate the rad to prevent the sctuator bracket punching a hole in the rad and will also need to find a person handy with a welder to joing the Escort and Fiesta exhausts together.

Please click, top left, "Back to fiestaturbo.com main site". Ade went to a lot of trouble to include all sorts of useful information regarding the Fiesta RS Turbo, so go and have a look at the various drop-down tabs to do with Technical aspects, styling etc etc.

Do you fcuk as like need all that. The only bit that isn't simple DIY is welding the exhaust to mate the Escort RST downpipe to the Fiesta's system.

The rad and cooler don't need replacing (although a bigger intercooler is always a good idea) they just need moving forward to give clearance for the actuator and bracket. Theres certainly is no chassis cutting required.

Not too clear but you should be able to see where I trimmed the front valence to give me clearance (10mins with a grinder and then treat metal to stop any rust)

I did mine in a weekend with a mate. Had we not being messing about and having a few beers and pizza's while working we could have done the whole job in a day easily
