T3 too close to radiator

wen i brought my motor it already had a t3 conversion (didnt even no), the rad is way tooo close for my liking how can i move it forward? do new holes need to be drilled? or wil it be housed in the front bumper. :Q

the rad should have been moved to fit the t3 in anyways! otherwise the actuator will be sitting in the rad!

the way i did it was to move the bottom of the rad and then leave the top where it should be! this way i have got more clearance than any other t3 cnversion that i have seen!!
